Products

You can find a size guide for each of our products in the BunzoTee product descriptions - just click on a specific product and scroll down to see the size.

As with any shop, online or offline, not all clothing is created equal. Some sizes may run small or baggy, even if the sizes are the same. It's important to check the size guide to see how a particular garment fits. Our team always endeavour to make a note of where we know a garment is smaller than usual, but if you find a problem with a particular garment being true to size, please let us know.

Although BunzoTee provides accurate measurements for each garment size, you may find that your particular garment is slightly different from the expected size. Please note that in the apparel industry, it is common for garment sizes to vary slightly. This means that sometimes there are small deviations (also known as tolerances) from the listed size guide measurements, up to a maximum of 1 inch (2.54 cm). Such small deviations may occur, but the product will not be considered defective as a result.

That said, if you receive a garment with a size deviation that exceeds the above range, please get in touch with our support team.

Our clothing is crafted with high-quality materials, including soft cotton, breathable polyester, and cozy blends. Each product description specifies the fabric composition to help you make an informed choice.

Taking care of your garments is important to maintain their quality. We recommend following the care instructions provided on the product label. In general, machine wash cold or warm, tumble dry low, and avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.

Ordering

Once you have completed your purchase, email receipts and order confirmations will quickly make their way to your inbox. You can log into your account and track your order at any time to stay informed. Rest assured that you will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. The shipping tracking number included in the email will allow you to log in to the website at any time to check the delivery status of your order.

BunzoTee do not currently offer a gift-wrapping service for merchandise. However, we will be using high-quality poly mailers, paper envelopes, and various sizes of cardboard boxes (for larger orders).
At times, we may change our minds, and that's perfectly normal. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you may be able to do so within a limited time after placing it. To check if cancellation or modification is available for your order, please reach out to our customer care team at support@bunzotee.com Once you receive your order, you have the option to return any eligible items if needed. We want to ensure your satisfaction, and our team will guide you through the return process, making it as convenient as possible for you.
At BunzoTee, we are pleased to provide U.S. Priority Mail service for shipping to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. We understand that shipping times to these addresses may vary due to military handling processes. To ensure smooth delivery, please remember to enter your APO/FPO information in the city field and the appropriate Armed Forces code in the State field of the shipping form. This will help us accurately process and ship your order to your military address. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us. We're here to help!

Country: United States (Select United States even if the destination is outside the US).
State: AA (Armed Forces Americas) / AE (Armed Forces Europe) / AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
Address 1: Unit and Box numbers.
Address 2 (optional): Usually not required; however, if the address includes an FOB (Forward Operating Base), it can be added here.
City: APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).
Zip code: The zip code.

Shipping

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, our team will work hard to prepare it for dispatch.
Usually, once an order is confirmed it will take 1-3 working days to process. Orders will only be shipped once they have been processed.
Exact shipping times may vary depending on several factors such as product availability, order volume, and your location.

We provide estimated delivery times for each region below.
US : 2 - 5 business days
Canada : 10 - 30 business days

If you need to track the status of your package, we offer online tracking of the status of your package. You can check the current status of your order at any time.
